Under GDPR, the Company is a “controller” of your information and in the normal course of its operations it necessarily uses “processors” of your information.
Many issues relevant to GDPR appear in what follows. However, we wish to reaffirm the following:
We do not collect confidential commercial data input into our software or generated by the software.
We never disclose, supply or sell personal or corporate data to third parties.
Wherever personal data is directly under our control, it is stored behind firewalls and encrypted. Physical security precautions are also in place to protect hardware.

We actively check and expect that all processors of personal data that we collect have taken their GDPR responsibilities seriously and have formally indicated their compliance. We have agreed changes in their Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies. These processors periodically change, but they currently include: Mailchimp, Google (Firebase), Apple, Digital Ocean, Insightly, Hubspot, Instabug. Any new processors will be similarly checked.
If you are a customer, our portal collects and stores information that you willingly provide and that is necessary to service you as a customer. This includes personal details (e.g. email addresses) of staff in your employ.

Use of “Cookies”
Where used, these cookies are downloaded to your computer automatically. They are stored by your browser software on the hard drive of your computer. A cookie does not identify you personally but it does identify your computer. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie and this will provide you with an opportunity to either accept or reject it in each instance. Please note that should you choose to decline cookies, you may be unable to access particular parts of our website.
Cookies are commonly used to facilitate secure website connections via a unique user name and password, so that you can access services that are in password protected areas of a site. They also may be used to facilitate automatic log-in (you can save your own user name and password so you don’t have to re-enter it each time you visit). Cookies are used to authenticate website users and keep track of the user session and in relation to any transactions.
Cookies also help us to refine and enhance the registration process and are used to add features that personalize and customize the site for you. We take significant measures to protect the database containing your personally or corporately identifiable information from access by unauthorized people. Only specifically authorized employees who need to know that information and who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential have access to this information. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any of your authentication details are kept secure to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

Whatever rights you may have under law to access the information that we hold about you will be respected. You are entitled to edit or delete such information if it is inaccurate or delete it unless we are required by law to retain it or require it for legitimate business purposes.
We ask individual users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests, and we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes), or for which access is not otherwise required.
