The first Proptech app on Microsoft Intune
We are delighted to announce Dashflow for CRE is the first Proptech app to be listed on Microsoft Intune. It is an approved and a protected app listed on Microsoft’s website here, which is an essential class of corporate management technology that provides a seamless experience between real estate professionals and their own IT departments.
Microsoft Intune enables executives to choose an approved Intune App in minutes, while IT teams can ensure the App abides by the Company’s various existing data and security policies.
Foundational tech for Corporate success
This class of technology saves months of delay and aggravation for a Corporate to deploy an individual app within a complex organisation. It puts the choice of app like Dashflow more in the control of real estate executives – our end users. As Naqash Tahir, PGIM, acknowledged at a recent CRETech London conference, it can take a very long time to engage some of the traditional larger and slower organisations. This is especially true if IT departments lack a Mobile Application Management solution and/or lack expert IT professionals with the requisite knowledge to manage such software.

Smartly implementing foundational IT solutions like Microsoft Intune is essential for a large corporate to join a modern and agile workforce and deploy business Apps in a timely and intuitive manner. To a natural degree, professionals expect easy access to business Apps just like the access they are accustomed to enjoying with personal Apps like Netflix, Ocado, Deliveroo, etc. It is up to Corporates to ensure data and security policies do not detract from apps employees wish to benefit from.
“Thank you to our earliest partner M&G Real Estate for encouraging us to join the world of Corporate MAM [Modern Application Management] with Dashflow for InTune.
We’re thrilled that this cash flow tool is the first Proptech app to be listed on Microsoft InTune’s global platform alongside corporate solutions from Adobe, Cisco, Webex, Zoom and Slack. We’re confident more Proptech will join this ecosystem as tech providers rise to meet today’s Corporate workplace requirements.”

Managing Business-owned and Personal Smart Devices

Board Members often remember the days when laptops disrupted desktop-only culture in the 1990s’ offices. There were a barrage of teething issues to ensure laptops allowed staff to log-on and share corporate drives, emails, etc. Similarly today, business leaders navigate the increasing complexity of today’s hybrid workplace as employees bring a wider variety of smart tablets and devices to manage their workloads on- and off-site.
Microsoft Intune simplifies the management of both business- & personally-owned devices in an effective workplace environment. While this can sound ‘techie’, this type of platform is essential for complex institutional organisations. There are many practical examples of how real estate professionals can be frustrated, or at worst blocked, from using a intuitive App – and often due to poorly perceived Mobile Application Management topics that are sometimes dismissed as ‘IT issues’.
